Stunning.<br /><br />As I was reading along about the snow, I thought about how I would rather drive in deep Kansas snow and ice, than drive with a "trace" of snow on CA streets and interstates. Not only, as you later pointed out, do CA drivers not know how to handle snow, the roads have a huge buildup of oil, which mixes with the snow and is disastrous. I had to laugh when I saw the photos and read your piece.
