A Quick Easter Card
I haven't made many cute style cards until I had granddaughters. This card is for my youngest Danica (but we call her Dani, so no I didn't forget the C A a the end LOL) I found this dollar stamp at Michael's Craft store the other day and picked it up. Sharon Briss, a very talented lady has

(I told you she was talented1) She had posted a card on her blog
http://illtemperedink.blogspot.com/2012/04/simple-feline-inkiness.html using sponging. Back to basics is sometimes a good motivator. I cut out my oval then sponged on some yellow ink. I stamped the image on the oval and colored it with felt pens. I cut the ends of the oval and ran a dotted ribbon under the image. I used alpha bet stickers for the name and outlined them with a darker shade, then a coordinating bow finished it off. This gos in the mail today so she will have it by Easter, she is just 18 months old. Now for the other two granddaughters, they live local so I still have a few days before theirs have to be finished.
Thanks for stopping by, be sure to check out Sharon's sights and for great eye candy and friendly people chek out the Yahoo group.
