Hats and Headgear.....a TAG

I decided to join week two of  the Tag Tuesday challenge: Hats and Headgear, after all I do love hats, and own quite a few....*grin*

 I chose an other Rogue Redhead Designs stamped image.  I used ink to watercolor the image, only using a dark gray.  The red feather and lips are done with a sharpie, then fussy cut her out and used a thick pop dot to mount her onto the die cut oval.  The feathers are die cut and a few black gems to hold them down......the rest are scraps form the scrap pile, and a strip of Washi tape. Sentiment is by Dylusions ...I believe.
