WOYWW 176

Tuesday night here in the west side of the US, that means Julia has gotten the WOYWW post up, so it is Wednesday in the UK.  What am I going on about?? Whats On Your Work desk Wednesday of course! Where you post a picture of your work desk, then people from all over the world stop by and leave the loveliest comments.
So here is Betsy cluttered and full of all kinds of shapes.  I keep a bag of cut-outs, you know the left overs, wrong size, I've changed my mind on the color....that sort of thing.  This afternoon I did sit down at Betsy and started to straighten up and I had all these shapes from scrap booking laying there.  I grabbed some cards that are made of handmade paper and started making some quick cards. Two of them there in the back. Then I dumped the whole bag on the desk.......LOL.  I was thinking about a large tag or a wall hanging, that's it there with the blue flowers on it, but that is all the further I got on it.  I'll make the final decision tomorrw (the reall Wednesday)
Keeping it short this week, I didn't get to play last week and had with drawls for three days!!!!
Is it really that addicting? you ask....check it out for your self:
http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/ BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

HAPPY WOYWW      Now I'm off to peek at what everyone else is doing this week.

Ooh, crayons! Goodness, I haven't seen out-of-the-box crayons in such a long time, and now I just want to have a scribble with them.

I can't do squat coloring-wise with any media, but crayons (well, quality crayons) are fun to doodle about with.

Ah that's it then.. you'll emerge next wednesday, with loads of colour and shape order and a tidy desk that you dare not use...I can see that happening. Love your Fall card, arent the colours marvellous.
i've had the same thing with missing last week, and coming to realise it really is an addiction!! Glad we're both getting our fix this week, and have lots of fun with all those colourful leftovers. Happy WOYWW!

Hi, Krisha, happy WOYWW to you! Thanks for the nice big picture of your desk (how else can we really snoop around -- ha, ha.) I have a wooden bowl of those "leftover" type items (along with premade die cuts, too) and sometimes you can find the perfect project for them. And sometimes you decide you'll never ever ever use it and guiltily toss it. ;-) Love all your fall projects and the cute skeleton hanging out. ~ Laura #109

You're desk is so fun. I love your fall cards - although why is the maple leaf one hiding way in the back? The little leaves iwth the sentiment on top looks like it will make a cute card as well. Crayons to play with. oh my. So much fun.
Wednesday Blessings,

We agree, WOYWW is totally addictive. We get withdrawal symptoms just thinking about missing a week!

Thanks for visiting the bears this week.

That's it then, think I'll get a large box/container to dump stuff into that I haven't sorted yet, would make good fun going through it later. Thanks for visiting me.

Oh the joys of picking through the leftovers and the tossed asides! Isn't it a wonderful feeling to be able to use them up?

I think your tag is looking great. Hope you show the finished version one day.

Love all the creativity that abounds!!! Makes me wish I hadn't given away all my scrapbooking treasures...I didn't know I was going to get hooked on art journaling ;)
At one point in my life I used to be really good about getting back to my scraps and rejects and using them up. Now I just collect them into bigger and bigger piles. I don't know what changed. Kudos to you for pulling yours out and putting them to use.

Over on my desk I was doing the same thing! I have tiny plastics with circles, squares and anything else I cut out with my Cricut that I later decided NOT to use! Tamika #14
