What Color are YOUR leaves??

Why are mine are purple and yellow?  Weeelll, as I tell my GD, when asked what color to make something "You are the artist and you can make it what ever color you want it to be!"  I know that someday one of her teachers will be giving me a call about that! LOL.
This is actually my DT card for The Cheerful Stamp Pad challenge: Purple and Yellow.  This is one of the hand  drawn (ok, I traced the leaves) and hand painted water color fronts I have been working on.  As I started on this mini painting, I wondered about the colors, then thought why not?  Last year I did purple pumpkins......LOL
