With all the frills upon it! That is what the Milliner Misses have done on this card. This is such a great image from Rogue Redhead Designs, and I really enjoyed making this card. They were colored with markers then I added the "frills" with some fibers, feather and pearls, mounted it on a dotted lavender paper. The white background is a frosted Vellum my GD had embossed for me (Thank you Hannah) I mounted it with lavender brads onto a pale green card. I used a Martha Stewart deco punch along the edge and mount a lavender strip under it. So how do my girls look in their Easter bonnets?
