Ciao Bell, my first digital image

I so admire the people that draw the digital images, and don't know how many times I've given it a try.  A couple weeks ago I had this image wiggling around in my brain and wondered if I could actually get it on paper.  One night I took my tablet to bed and just doodled around for awhile and then set her in motion.  After MANY adjustments I finally got the image, as my mind's eye saw it.  So I scanned it into my PC, this is 50% smaller than the original.  I colored her with felt pens.  The background was stamped with flourishes from Ikadinkado stamps.  The lay out is for the Card Patterns Sketch 158 ( see sketch below) check it out here:

The very pretty ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon, my monthly stash. LOL  The flower is a grungie I made from the background paper and using soft rose in to darken it. The Ciao Bella was the first thought I had when I finished the drawing (funny I'm not Italian) Now I am wondering if I can do it again.

So here is the sketch I followed.
Thanks for stopping in and taking a look.  Let me know what you think.
