WOYWW 177

So here it is Tuesday night US time and Wednesday UK time and that means it is WOYWW time!!
http://stamping-ground.blogspot.com/2012/10/whats-on-your-workdesk-wednesday-177.html that's Julia's blog where all the happenings are going on, for what? you ask! Well for Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesday, where you get to hop around the world and look at everybody works space.
So this is Betsy this week, I was MIA last week and didn't get to play.  I got a new cutting mat while on vacation, it's so shinny and new.  To the left is an other piece of my vacation waiting to be decorated, card in the middle waiting for some type of sentiment and to the right is my art journal, prepped and also waiting for the next step. So tonight everything was left waiting....LOL  Now to start my journey around the world to see what is up with everyone else. Do drop by Julia's blog and join in the fun.......until later

Hi Krisha and thanks for the advice on the tags. Lots of interesting things I see on your work area (unlike mine) lol. I love getting new cutting mats, it's a shame they don't stay nice and shiny hey?

A new cutting mat hmmm I have been thinking I want a new and shiny one. Mine is getting a bit bumpy with old bits of gluey thingies, embossed bits which flew off the paper, lumps from the heating gun etc. Sounds like I REALLY need a new one - whew! Hugs, Sandi #42

Always end up forgetting I shouldn't use the heat gun in the vacinity of the cutting mat but would really like a new one now!

Hi Krisha, like your new cutting mat - it's a new craft mat I need ... mine is looking as though it's been in the wars :)

So everything on your desk is waiting, well, as you know from your visit, so is mine. I still haven't made the final decision on the papers but the one you noticed on the top is a strong contender - it is lovely and has a very nostalgic look which would be right for my layout. Thanks for the visit - it's much appreciated and glad you like the robins too :))

Happy WOYWW, what's left of it, and have a great week. Elizabeth x #114

Yep, everything outside the absolutely necessary space gets quickly covered with **stuff**.

I like the card you're working on -- Rogue Redhead, right? I recognize the hat lady and I can see your dotty background!

How lovely to have a new cutting mat, Kisha! I'm afraid I have to admit to warping so many with my heat gun - I've finally learnt the lesson that the "heat proof" non-stick craft mats may be heat proof themselves, but don't in any way protect what's underneath! I now have a massively heat proof mat (industrial and indestructible even by Shoshi!!) underneath my craft sheet, and only get my green cutting mat out when I actually want to cut something!!

Thanks for your visit and I'm glad you like my tiger. Have you seen my subsequent post with the completed page?

Happy WOYWW,

Interesting items on your desk and a nice new cutting mat - I brought a smooth glass kitchen worktop saver and it works great had it a couple of years now :) - Nicky #53
So funny Krisha - I just bought a new black cutting matt, but I just can't take my old one off my desk!

Ooooooohhhh I so love that pot at the back of your desk, it's beautiful. Looks like you are into the full swing of creativity.

Thanks for popping in to see me, my VB machine is dead and gone to hell, there was no way to fix it. I did salvage it for some parts. LOL

Happy crafting

Hi Krisha thank you for popping by. I am glad you didn't notice my craft mat - you wouldn't recognise it compared to your lovely mat! I bought some new ones recently for the videos I have been making as my ones were too scary for stardom!! Belated Happy WOYWW Helen 16
