WOYWW 214 Back from the Beach

WOYWW 214 001

WOOT! WOOT! It's time for WOYWW !! (click it and get the details) Been TWO WEEKS since my last post.  The beach was just great!! Sure didn't want to come home to the hot weather, but DH has to work (or so I KEEP TELLING him...LOL)  More about ALL that later, right now it is time to fess up to the cluttered Betsy.  I just got up from finishing 2 DT projects (one for this Fri. and one for Mon. so come back and check them out) So this is the mess on Betsy. My note book, light, water bucket, tool caddy, pile of stamps, glue bucket, more stamps, OMS, Glossy Accents, an other tool caddy, Sea World globe, light, a couple ATCs, Stub sharpener, more stamps and in the middle are my extra eyes, cheap $ store pad to work on, a bow, one of my Exact-o knives and a couple of Q-Tips.  Of course up on the wall are my markers and ink pads.  You might spot an extra thing or two if you look closely, but I'm keeping it short and sweet, just the way our Queen Julia likes it.  So I have shown you mine, and now I'm off to look through yours!! LOL

  6. What a great work space. I love all your toys in the background. Your desk is so tidy, your whole space is so organized. My hubby is actually working on making me some sort of wall unit or shelving system so I can organize myself. I'm all chaotic at the moment. I must comment on that very cool lamp. I've never seen one like that before. How awesome that you named your desk. You two must spend lots of time together if you named her. :D I've enjoyed peeking in on your desk. Have a great weekend. I'm coming back Mon to check out your DT projects.. (((HUGS)))

  19. Glad you had a good break. I am hoping to get away for a few days in the autumn, if and when things settle down. When I first looked at your desk today, it looked as though you had a porcelain penguin on it, and then I realised it was just the way the light was striking your Ottlite. I am hoping to get to my desk today or tomorrow. I think I shall just take a couple of large boxes in there and sweep everything off my desk and off the floor, then start sorting it into the right place later. Thank you for your visit today, and have a good week. xx Maggie #10

  48. Hi Krisha,

Thanks for visiting me! I was trying to work out if you missed anything but my brain is getting tired!

You have two lights, you could probably do a review! I just bought one with the idea of taking it away with me when we go to Devon and stay in a hotel with not the greatest lighting for reading and crafting!

I have been trying to sell spare stash on Facebook, and now I have taken some to the shop of course people want it, and I have had to say that I will check if it is still there next week when I am helping but I am not driving over just to check!

  52. Hi Krishna...I think this is the first I've come across someone's desk that is named -- Betsy huh? Cute. At least, that's what I gathered. :-) I'm originally from the Chicago area but lived in Socal for 20 years. Most of it all over San Diego (I started in the Navy there), short stint in Oxnard area, near Ventura. Brigita #99
