Monochrome in Pink

This morning I'm sharing a card made for the  Crafty Boots Challenge: Monochrome.

I chose all the elements, for this card, from the scrap piles and what was laying on my desk.  One of the GDs had embossed the pearl cs.....I did die cut the oval, and touch some of the embossing with a pink marker.  The plaid ......from the scrap drawer and the flower from my desk top.  The Thank You had to be cut in the pink tones to match the rest of the card.

There seems to be a pink streak going through me....must be "Spring" although our temperatures have been up and down ....like a bouncing ball!  Last week we barely made it into the 70' (F) and today it is supposed to hit 91' (F)!  About the time I am ready to pack all the long sleeved winter clothing away....I have to dig it out and wear it "one last time"...LOL.   Later this week it is supposed to cool off, again, and rain on Friday.  Maybe I'll just leave the umbrella out......*grin*

Now I'm off to link to this great challenge....
