Without words..a Journey of Layers

VERY PHOTO HEAVY

A double page layout, finished and ready for words......But what to use??  I have many sentiments and sayings that come to me when I look at these pages.  I just can't land on one that I REALLY want to put here......so, for now, it is without words.

Here is the journey of layers, with unedited photos......and no cropping....so you can see what I've been using as mediums.  Click the images for a closer look.

The final layer is a thin coat of white acrylic paint, applied with my fingers and then using an almost dry wipe to pull the stripes and mute other areas. Sometimes it takes many layers to get it where you want it to be.......just like life....but without words.

What do these pages suggest to you?

Inky Hugs
Krisha

A tip:  When wanting to use a baby wipe, and it is too wet......squeeze it in a paper towel .

Lovely pages! The right words will come to you when they're ready. :)
These pages are fabulous - love all those layers - I mean really love them!! You may find the words you need in a Robbie Williams song - She's The One. Meanwhile enjoy these pages just as they are! Hugs, Chrisx
Amazing layers and colors Krisha! That's a wonderful calming spread to me! Awesome!

Your pages are beautiful and love all the layers - really like life! I hope you find the words which have meaning for you, I would choose 'Feathers appear when angels are near'. Have a good weekend, hugs, Valerie
This spread tells me I'm stopping too soon. I would have quit much sooner, and would have not gotten the rich depth you got. This is a gorgeous spread. You know me, though. I don't need words to complete a page. it is lovely just as it is, but I agree it does need something to finish the story (or journey).
I love your colors and feathers Krisha. This is a gorgeous journal spread. Hugs-Erika
