Beach Babes Ornament

This week I have for you an ornament that features an image form the Rogue Redhead Desings' RRD005 Beach Babes  .  I wanted an antique looking ornament, and I was lucky enough to have a chip board ornament left over from last year, and this little guy just fit the opening.  He is stamped in StazOn black and colored with sepia and burnt ocher pencil.  The ornament was stamped with a background  stamp form the Rogue Redhead Designs RRD011 Nature Notes using StazOn timber ink, then using a pom-pom I shaded the ornament with the same timer color.  Once all was dry I used a coat of clear rock candy, and used a paint pen for the very top.  A little holly with red rhinestones to finish it.

I am still fascinated with the end results of this ornament, and how quickly it all came together!
I can't wait to put it on my tree.
Thanks for stopping by

I love your hanging ornament Krisha, the stamp suits it so well. Annette x
Gorgeous. I can't possibly imagine this was quick, though. Any time you have to color in something, it takes more time than I would invest. Love all the shading, too.
