HAPPY NEW YEAR BLOGGERS! Yep, it is THAT time of year, only a few more hours here is California. I know there are parts of this world who have already celebrated and seen the new year come in, but here on the West Coast we always say "they save the best for LAST!"..........LOL I've found a little history about the song, that most of us sing........or at least hum on New Years Eve.
