One Card, Multi Challenges

Hello Thursday Bloggers, thanks for stopping by.  Isn't it great when you can roll multi challenges into one card?  This seems to be one of those weeks for me, and I love it.  Speaking of "love" there are now quite a few challenges on the subject.  I like the idea that not all valentines need to be romantic, if I did I would only be making ONE every year.....grin!  Of course I have GKs that require one, but I also have friends that I like to make them for.

This card was a really fun and messy one to make.  Messy??????? Oh yes, messy, cause I dug out my chalks and had a go at making a designer print into an Ombre look for the background.  It was so much fun I did it to the wavy, corrugated piece too, but scan doesn't show it well.  The sentiment, butterfly and heart are all die cuts.

I found this sketch from Nacho Average Challenge #125 to be an easy one to play with, and in fact I used it for an other card that I will post a little later.

What challenges am I entering this card in??
Well, here they are, and I hope you have time to join in the fun!!

Krisha, I'm dazzled by your oh-so-pretty card! The ombre background, the corrugated pink paper, the whispers of gold that add such impact...and the butterfly! Oh my...one incredibly gorgeous butterfly! Thank you for sharing your ombre-inspired gem in the Inkspirational gallery!

Ah! Now I know why those chalks were on your Wednesday desk. This card is so romantic, yet could be used for many things by just changing the word, including the hard to make sympathy card. It is stunning.
