Unruly Paper Arts RAQ
What does the RAQ stand for?? It stands for Reader Art Quest ( a monthly challenge) and you can read all about it over at Unruly Paper Arts. As it says in their header "The Rule Breaking Blogzine for the Artist in You".
They have a very nice selection of contributors for the articles they post, and I am sure you would know many of them.
So back to the RAQ for January, it is Glob Traveler. For this journal page ( 9 1/2" x 7 1/2") I used acrylic paint and stencil to make the background. With Staz-On Timeber Brown ink and a stamp from Stampers Anonymous in the lower right hand corner, a TH die cut, of the Eiffel Tower in the upper left and using a stamp from Stampendous for the card in the middle. I did use a little TH Distressed ink around the edges of it. I didn't do a photo tutorial of this page, I think everything I did pretty much shows up clearly and after all you are a smart bunch of artists.....grin.
This is the smaller, sewn together journal I bought for the Prompt 60 challenge. I found I just can't keep up with a journal page a day......even with prompts. I did, however, make it through almost two weeks :) I'll share a couple of the things I did at a later date, but right now I need to go and link this up to the RAQ challenge. Follow me, I know the way, and you can check it all out.........

Thank you so much for joining us at Unruly Paper Arts RAQ this month. Your journal page is awesome, stencil work and stamping is beautiful in the background, nice addition of Paris tag as a central piece.
