WOYWW 245

Time to share What's on Your Work desk Wednesday, as always all set up by our dearest Julia at the Stamping Ground every Wednesday for one and all to take a quick, unedited photo of your work desk and post for the whole world to see.

This week Betsy ( the name of my closet desk) is sporting a bunch of die cuts from the Cricut machine.  There are silhouettes of street lights, vintage bicycles, lacy corners, feather pens and ink wells.  I also cut a bunch of simple flowers to tint and stack for cards, or what ever.  I had started spraying the leaves with inks, so they are set to have a little detail added to them.  The paper they were laying on when I was spritzing and spraying turned out just as pretty.  Me thinks I shall hoard that one away for some journaling later.  There are a tea set silhouettes in the back and some rocking horses over to the right, behind the round paper weight.
What else? Hmmm, my dirty water pot, small calendar, remote for I=Pod docking station, couple little bags of diet treats, pom poms, glue, scissors, brushes, pens, pencils .......oh just the normal junk tools.
One of these weeks I am going to give you an "I spy" Remember playing that game?  "I spy with my big bright eyes something..........."  LOL
Things are a little calmer this week, so if you leave me a comment I will return the visit.
Hope I got back to everybody last week, if I missed you I'm sorry.
DH got the cortisone shot last Thursday, not too sure if it has helped.  He says not so much, but I have noticed he is more active again.
Thanks for all the well wishes last week. Always an amazing group of WOYWWers!!
Inky Hugs

I love that bicycle die cut. I'm in awe of it, and can't wait to see what you make using it/them. And I do like that paper you used to spray the leaves on. I know it will show up in something, too.

Hope DH gets better, too. Maybe it takes awhile for the shot to work. OK, I'm just trying to be supportive.

BTW, I never played that game, so I would like to know how to play it. Of course, I can imagine, since I had a good snoop around your desk this week. Happy WOYWW from #1.

Hello Krisha. That "waste" sheet of green is lovely - I agree, far to good for throwing - and ideal journal page!!
I do hope your hubby gets more improvement from the treatment.
Take care.

Some many fun cuts. Silhouettes are great to cut. Did the grand kids enjoy their crafting day?

FUN cuts, what great shapes to work with! Those pom poms wouldn't last a day on my desk, the cats would have them everywhere . . . now that I think about it, they'd spill that water in a second, too, trying to fish out a pom pom they'd just dunked.

Cats and art rooms do not always go well together . . .

ANYWAY, thank you for allowing me to ramble, and for your visit earlier, my friend!

Happy WOYWW to you,
:)trisha

Hi Krisha, I was drooling over that lime green background- thats ace that it was an 'accidental' one! I've got a few of those, from brayering/sponging and practice stamping. It's great fun when you get something so exciting for no effort, isn't it. And really irritating when you try to do something like that, and it just wont work, lol. Glad Hubbys injections seem to be helping. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz # 43 xx

There is so much to spy on your desk--lots of things to get 'er done and things to play with. I like the sponged and spritzed leaves. I also like the paper you did that on.

Hi Krisha! Your desk look great. Don't you just love that "accidental paper". I have a stash myself and it always gets put to good use. Especially for ATC backgrounds. Thanks for stopping by last week, too.

your desk is so full of stuff. Did you design all the dye cuts. you have been so prolific this year. If this is disjointed it is due to an emerging cold. Not sure if the Zyrtec is making me feel worse than the cold itself. this years has been calamitous.!
